Mobile Price Increase
Price increases will take effect on the first day of the month following the application of automatic wage indexation system.
In accordance with Article 5.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, part of your contract, certain prices may be revised at any time by Telindus in line with the D1 consumer price index (automatic wage indexation system) as determined by Statec, the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
If the increase of the index for the year 2024 is confirmed, the prices of S2S, TALC, and Explore products will be adjusted accordingly on the first day of the month following the application of the index and will remain below the 2.5% increase of the 2024 index. The exact amount of this adjustment will depend on your products and consumption. The prices of SMART/SMART + XS, S, and M products will be increased by €0.8547 excluding VAT from December 1, 2024. This increase gives you the right to terminate the contract according to the terms provided in Article 6 of the General Conditions.
