Business ONE
Proximus NXT aims to better meet the connectivity, telephony, and security needs of SMEs.
Meeting all essential needs
This new 'all-in-one' service offering is available through various packages: Start, Smart, and Premium. The Start package provides secure internet access, complemented by a managed telephony solution. The Smart package offers more advanced features, particularly in terms of connectivity and security, such as VPN access for remote connections. As an option, a backup line can also be subscribed to, ensuring service availability even in case of a main line outage. Lastly, the Premium package includes a wider bandwidth of 1 Gb/s and a 4G backup. Each package can be combined with mobile subscriptions. Business ONE allows its clients to benefit from attractive discounts. 'For an equivalent price, our SME clients can access extended plans and advanced services,' comments Hugues Stiernon.
Integrated security
The packages are enhanced with an advanced security solution. 'Most companies are unaware of the risks they face,' continues Hugues Stiernon. 'Today, around 50% of organizations targeted by cyberattacks are SMEs.' Proximus NXT includes a range of elements in its offers to ensure the protection of its clients. 'This includes an antivirus, anti-malware, an intrusion prevention system, and a tool to ensure the legitimacy of traffic,' explains Hugues Stiernon. 'The goal is to prevent the client from becoming the target of today's threats and attacks.
Preferred Partner
With Business ONE, Proximus NXT positions itself as the preferred partner for SMEs, offering each one the opportunity to rely on advanced expertise for all their connectivity, network, and telephony needs. For example, the offer includes the option to deploy an internal Wi-Fi network, ensuring quality connectivity throughout the company. 'The primary goal is for every SME to access all basic services with a single offer, all managed from Luxembourg. By relying on our services and spending less time managing these aspects, they can focus more on growing their business,' adds Hugues Stiernon.
